1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 621jl ("621jl," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator based in the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided through the 621jl platform (the "Platform"), including but not limited to the website located at https://621jl.cam, mobile applications, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the 621jl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. 621jl employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. You are not prohibited by law, court order, or any other legal restriction from participating in online gaming.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of account access and gameplay. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws. 621jl may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
• Single Account Requirement: You may maintain only one (1) account with 621jl. Multiple accounts created by the same individual or household are prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, business entity, or for any commercial purpose.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of the 621jl Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure accuracy.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify 621jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 621jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification

621jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All verification documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PAGCOR compliance requirements.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

621jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, and select Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others as specified on the Platform). All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and the maximum deposit amount per transaction is ₱50,000, subject to change at 621jl's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account balance. 621jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at 621jl's sole discretion.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 621jl account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal or fraudulent activity. 621jl complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to identity verification and wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes to forty-eight (48) hours depending on the withdrawal method and account verification status. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱100,000, subject to adjustment based on your account tier and verification status. 621jl reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits or request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Fees

621jl does not charge withdrawal fees for the first five (5) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee of ₱50 per transaction. Third-party payment processors may impose additional fees beyond 621jl's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

621jl offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of bonus issuance and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 621jl reserves the right to cancel or withhold bonuses in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multiple account creation, systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses, or any other activity deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Abuse of bonuses may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and account closure.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games offered on the 621jl Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to random number generation (RNG) or live dealer protocols. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that are regularly audited by independent testing agencies. 621jl does not influence or control game outcomes.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all bets placed during the malfunction will be voided, and affected bets will be refunded to the Player's account. 621jl is not liable for any losses or damages arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected bets.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or closure:

• Collusion with other Players or third parties
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploitation of game errors or system vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent or irregular betting patterns
• Use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or manipulation of the Platform

8. Responsible Gaming

621jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings. Players may also request temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion periods may range from six (6) months to permanent closure. Players experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to seek support from PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming organizations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 621jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 621jl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 621jl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 621jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

621jl's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 621jl Platform shall first be addressed through 621jl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

13. Amendments to Terms

621jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Account Closure and Termination

621jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or irregular play patterns. Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonuses and promotional funds. Your remaining account balance, excluding forfeited funds, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within thirty (30) days, subject to identity verification and wagering requirements.
